Workflow agents for a defined business process

An agent earns its place when it finishes a job a person does today. We design and deploy agents for one workflow at a time: they read the incoming work, look up what they need, draft or decide inside rules you set, and hand off for approval. Each agent is grounded in your systems, runs under an Entra ID identity with least privilege, and is scored against real cases before it goes live.

What's included

  • Workflow design: trigger, steps, tools, decision rules, and where a person stays in the loop
  • Agent build on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or a frontier-model API, with the model chosen for the task
  • Tool access to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, email, and the line-of-business systems the workflow already uses
  • Retrieval over the documents that workflow depends on, with citations
  • Human approval before the agent sends, files, or changes a record
  • An evaluation set built from your real cases, with a pass rate agreed before go-live
  • Guardrails for prompt injection, data boundaries, and logging
  • A least-privilege identity for the agent, not a shared admin account
  • Deployment, monitoring, cost controls, and an operations runbook

How we work

01

Scope

A fixed statement of work: what we will do, what you receive, and the timeline. Agreed before any work starts.

02

Execute

We do the work in your tenant with least-privilege access, with updates at defined checkpoints, not radio silence.

03

Hand off

Documentation, runbooks, and a walkthrough so your team can operate what we built.

Workflow Agents: common questions

What kinds of workflows are a fit?

Repeatable work with a clear input and a reviewable output: intake, triage, first drafts, routing, status updates, and document checks. Open-ended questions over a knowledge base are a knowledge agent, scoped separately.

Will the agent email clients or change records on its own?

Only where the statement of work says so. Sending, filing, and record changes go through an approval step unless you explicitly allow a low-risk action to run on its own.

How do you know the agent is accurate?

We build an evaluation set from cases your team has already handled and agree a pass rate before go-live. A demo that looked right is not the acceptance test.

Which systems can it connect to?

Microsoft 365 first, then the line-of-business tools that workflow already depends on. Access is least privilege, and each tool is named in the statement of work.

How long does a build take?

It is scoped to the workflow. A single, well-bounded workflow is typically a few weeks once the assessment is done. Workflows that cross several systems are quoted on their own.
