Why KLM Cloud Services exists

KLM Cloud Services was built because most small and growing businesses cannot get good help with the Microsoft cloud. Enterprise consulting firms will not take their calls. Generalist IT shops do not have the specialization to do the work right. And the options in between - offshore teams, project shops, junior engineers with a certification - tend to leave clients with more problems than they started with.

We started KLM to fill that gap: a firm with genuine enterprise-grade Azure, Microsoft 365, and security expertise, sized to work with smaller companies, without the enterprise overhead, and focused on getting real work done - not selling slide decks.

We are based in Colorado and work with clients across the country, primarily in professional services, legal, financial services, and operations-heavy businesses running on Microsoft.

A specific kind of client

  • Small and growing businesses
  • Microsoft-heavy: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, or on-prem transitioning
  • One IT generalist or an MSP - no in-house cloud architect
  • Professional services, legal, financial services, light manufacturing
  • Denver / Colorado Front Range, and remote nationwide

Small is the advantage

Senior attention, not junior delivery

The person scoping your engagement is the person doing the work. No layers, no handoff to a junior team.

Fixed scope, agreed up front

Every engagement is a defined statement of work. You approve exactly what is in scope before anything starts.

Documentation-first handoff

You get runbooks, architecture notes, and a walkthrough. The goal is that your team can operate what we build.

The certifications behind the work

These are the top-tier Microsoft credentials for architecture and security - not entry-level certs. All active.

We are new to the market under this name, and we are building our public case study library now. Until then, the fastest way to see how we work is a fixed-scope assessment - clear deliverable, defined timeline, no commitment.

Best first step

Start with a Cloud Security Assessment

A structured, two-week review of your Microsoft cloud security posture - Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. You get a scored report, a full gap analysis, and a prioritized remediation roadmap you can act on immediately - whether you engage us afterward or not.

  • Fixed scope - no surprises
  • 2-week turnaround
  • Remote or on-site
  • No ongoing commitment
