AI agent operations retainer

An agent that was accurate at launch drifts. The documents change, the model changes, and a workflow gets a new step nobody told the agent about. An operations retainer keeps the agents you already run measured against recent cases, inside their cost and data limits, and gives you a place to put the next workflow without starting from a blank page.

What's included

  • A set cadence of review against recent real cases, with the failures written down
  • Model, prompt, and retrieval changes when evaluation says the agent has slipped
  • Cost and usage review, including token budgets and runaway-loop checks
  • Incident support when an agent gives a bad answer, takes a bad action, or is abused
  • A maintained queue for the next workflow or library, scoped as small additions or a separate build
  • Runbooks kept current as the agents change

Hand off

Documentation, runbooks, and a walkthrough so your team can operate what we built.

Agent Operations Retainer: common questions

What happens in a month with no new workflow?

We evaluate the agents already live against recent cases, review cost and failures, and keep the runbooks current. The retainer is the ownership, not a promise of a new build every month.

Is there a minimum commitment?

A short initial term so the evaluation set and access are in place, then month to month.

Can this run alongside the cloud architecture retainer?

Yes. The architecture retainer covers Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID direction. This one covers the agents: accuracy, cost, and the next workflow in the queue.

Do you rebuild the agent under the retainer?

Small corrections are in scope. A new workflow or a new system integration is quoted as its own statement of work, then handed back to the retainer to operate.
